Contact us first
Do not return research materials without written authorization. Contact support with the order number, lot number, reason for the request, and photographs when relevant.
Material integrity
Because storage, handling, and chain of custody cannot be verified after delivery, opened products and most research materials are not eligible for return. Approved remedies may include replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Damage or fulfillment error
Report damage, missing items, or incorrect items promptly after delivery. Retain all packaging while the claim is reviewed.
Order cancellation
Cancellation requests are handled when possible before fulfillment begins. Processing or payment fees may be non-refundable where permitted.
