In-stock orders are generally prepared on business days. Estimated processing times, shipping cutoffs, carrier services, and temperature-control requirements will be finalized with the fulfillment partner before launch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an address requires correction; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking is provided when available. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guarantees. Report visible damage or delivery issues promptly with the order number and photographs.

Geographic restrictions

Availability may be limited by destination, carrier capability, or legal restrictions. Orders may be canceled when a destination cannot be served.
